TORCHLIT THREADS

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

    Nothing in this store is premade. If it was, it wouldn't be custom! Unfortunately, this does mean that it will take about a week or two (5-10 business days) to finish designing, digitizing, and actually embroidering the piece of clothing depending on the complexity of the design. I will try my best to keep you updated throughout the process, though, so you don't feel lost on where your order is at!

    HANDMADE ITEMS: These take about 1-5 business days

  • I WANT A DIFFERENT COLOR THAN WHAT YOUR OPTIONS SHOW

    I will be more than happy to take suggestions! Unfortunately, due to this being a small company, it may take a while for me to get these in stock when it comes to clothing.
    If you wish for a different color on handmade items, such as Bearamy, feel free to send me a message! I'm sure we can work something out :)

    Please make sure to add an extra 7 business days to your order as I may have to wait for new colors to come in

CAN YOU CUSTOM MAKE ME A CROCHET ITEM?

Absolutely!!! I love crocheting little items for people :) I've made a lot of cat items lately for people so I may just even add them to my regular shop!
Please keep in mind that I will need to know the colors, sizing, and grab the payment beforehand so I can buy the materials such as yarn or possibly even a hook.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY DESIGN?

    Sometimes we want to take advantage of the sale or get excited and realize we had a cooler design in the end. We understand that! We allow for one free revision within 3 business days of ordering.

  • WHY IS THERE A CIRCLE ON MY HOODIE?

    We use embroidery hoops in order to stabilize the jacket when making your design. This does not dirty the clothing. Washing the hoodie will easily get rid of any remaining marks

  • CAN YOU WASH THE CLOTHING BEFORE SHIPPING?

    Yes! Some people are allergic to certain products and I do not wish to cause anyone discomfort. If you wish for me to wash, please let me know beforehand!

  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TORCHLIT CLOTHING?

    Generally speaking, I recommend washing all clothing on a cold, delicate cycle. Hang drying would be ideal as a some shrinkage may occur due to the high levels of cotton, but tumble drying on low is perfectly acceptable as well.

  • I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS! WHAT DO I DO?

    Quickly message us over at rosypereztm@gmail.com to make sure we can correct this order before shipping out.

    If an item ships before your address is corrected you will need to wait for us to receive the item back for a refund.

  • THE ITEM I WANTED IS OUT OF STOCK

    Sadly, we are a small company and restocking takes quite some time. Feel free to send us an email requesting restock as a way to motivate us!

  • DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

    Yes! Please send us an email at rosypereztm@gmail.com with details on your inquiry and a link to your store so we can help you with this!

  • WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG FOR A RESPONSE?

    Torchlit is owned by a singular college student. I will try to answer within 48 hrs. To learn more, please check out the "About" page at the top menu bar!

  • CAN I PAY IN CASH?

    No, we do not accept cash, unfortunately, unless you find me at a pop-up.

  • CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

    No, BUT I will be holding monthly events that you can participate in in order to win free prizes or big discounts!

  • IS THIS POSSIBLE?

    In short, yes, this is possible. I am, however, allowed to deny the offer for any reason I deem fit. You are also not allowed to claim the clothing nor any custom designs as your own.

    If we settle, I will send you a custom invoice that will need to be paid in full before I start the process.

  • CAN WE GET SPECIAL PRICING FOR BUYING IN BULK?

    Yes, it is possible but not promised. You will first need to send me a message with the following details:
    1. What type of articles of clothing?
    2. How many items?
    3. What design is it?
    4. Link your company and website

  • I WANT AN ARTICLE OF CLOTHING THAT ISN'T OFFERED YET

    If you plan on buying in bulk, I can order custom colors and articles of clothing including different sizing from my own store.

WILDMAN WARES

  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WILDMAN WARE LEATHER?

    I recommend keeping the leather clean by dusting frequently and, when required, wiping a dry or slightly damp, soft towel over the surface of the leather. Please try to avoid getting these items wet. Apply a leather balm or oil twice a year.

    THESE ARE GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS. RESULTS MAY VARY BASED ON ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

    Leather varies a lot when it comes to size, complexity, etc. In short, there is no exact answer for this question. This means that one product could take a couple of hours while the next could take weeks.

  • IS YOUR LEATHER VEGAN?

    Unfortunately not, but we do ethically source our leather as the closest option.

    We hope to broaden our sources in the future as our company grows!
